Three Mushroom Stroganoff

9 Oct Three Mushroom Stroganoff

Beef stroganoff was one of the first recipes I tried as a young woman living on my own. It failed pretty miserably and was only deemed “okay…but too sour” by my then-boyfriend. Thanksgiving Pizza

8 Dec

Last night, Ken and I held our Second Annual Second Thanksgiving, which is completely unofficial and occurs at random. Usually there’s an abundance of post-thanksgiving products in stores and we take the opportunity to have our own, personal thanksgiving. I like to use these for Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles (Pad Kee Mao) as well. If you can’t find them, extra large rice noodles will work just as well.
